Stick with lean protein rather than high-fat, artery clogging meat and dairy products. For breakfast, use low-fat milk instead of water in your oatmeal and sprinkle nuts on top.
Eat plenty of beans, fish and skinless chicken breast.

I did like your tip. I would be great full to you if you would tell me how to reduce my belly fat rapidly at home by the use of home remedy & without going to the gym

Hi select, I would recommend you to eat avocados, peanuts and olives. These foods are high in monounsaturated fats proven to lower levels of stress hormone cortisol which is linked to fat accumulation in the belly region. And my fave is cranberry juice. Cranberries are proven to bind and flush out fats so they are not stored in the body. And to curb my cravings and prevent more damage to my waist, I eat apples. Apples are really effective in making me full for hours that I tend to eat less in every meal. And don't forget to eat a variety of foods that can help lose weight so you can achieve a slim body in a healthy way.
