The following foods are alkaline and full of oxygen - a combo that guarantees weight loss.

Hi! This list is awesome. Thanks for sharing it. I have some questions - I drink lemon-flavored beverages like iced tea and I'm wondering if it can also help for weight loss? I know it depends on the beverage because obviously, sodas aren't good right? How about iced teas? Thanks! :)
