    While it is true that drinking Green Tea will help you lose weight, it's another of those things that will take time for you to notice anything.
    People should take note that the study used green tea extract, whereas most extracts are the equivalent of drinking 5 or more cups of green tea per day and even then, that does not mean store brand green tea (you know, the stuff they mix with black tea to lower the price?).

    It's best to look around and see what you think is the best for you, as not everywhere will supply a decent quality tea.
